 This water treatment system adopts the most advanced reverse osmosis/mixed bed combination Ultrapure water manufacturing process at present. Has a compact structure, high water outlet resistivity, and fully automatic control; Simple operation, reliable system operation, and low maintenance cost.

 

   The Ultrapure water system is composed of three functional components, namely pretreatment system, RO reverse osmosis system and MB mixed bed system.

    Pre treatment system: composed of a multi medium filter (composed of quartz sand and coconut shell activated carbon), a cation softener, and a PP cotton core fine filter.

Its function is to remove particulate impurities, organic matter, residual chlorine, etc. from the raw water, reduce the SDI value of the water, prevent calcium and magnesium ions from scaling on the reverse osmosis membrane, and protect the long-term stable operation of the RO membrane system in the back-end process. According to the RO reverse osmosis water production requirements, the pre-treatment standard effluent capacity is designed to be 0.5m3/h.

 

   RO reverse osmosis system: mainly composed of high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane, membrane pressure vessel components, etc., plays a pre desalination role in water, and the removal rate of salt content in raw water is above 98%. Considering the natural aging changes of the reverse osmosis membrane over time, the configuration is rich in margin, and the standard reverse osmosis water yield is 0.25m3/h.

 

  MB mixed bed system: although most ions have been removed by single-stage reverse osmosis, it still cannot meet the water quality requirements of Ultrapure water, so two-stage mixed bed is used for fine desalting treatment. By using a two-stage mixed bed process for refined desalination, qualified pure water can be produced. According to the user's water consumption and local water quality, the terminal mixed bed will be replaced approximately once every six months (depending on whether the water quality meets the requirements).

The production capacity of the terminal MB mixed bed system is 0.25 tons/hour (at room temperature)

 

Production water quality:

The desalination rate of the RO reverse osmosis system is greater than 98%, and the terminal outlet water resistivity reaches above 10M Ω · CM.
